If you are a teacher and are busy planning all the Christmas activities your students have to do then make sure you take time out to do things that you enjoy too. It is no secret that teachers have to work long hours many of which are unpaid and with festive holidays upon us, there is often even more to try and fit in. You may have to organise a Christmas play or carol singing as well as ensuring you still get time to teacher the subjects you need to. Children may often become excitable around this time of year and keeping their concentration can be even harder than usual.

Teachers often say that they do not even think about Christmas until the school has broken up but with many of the sales starting in November, you may struggle to get all the presents you want to and spend the run up to Christmas frantically searching or items in shops or online. Take time out for yourself, book a shopping trip, take a trip out to a show or even book a night away somewhere before the mayhem starts.
